## Is the chocolate made locally?

Every order comes from a local chocolatier in your area. Some make their chocolate in-house. Others partner with premium chocolate brands and hand-finish on-site, including dipping, decorating, and assembling gift boxes. Every piece is selected and stood behind by your local chocolatier. If you want sourcing details for a specific product, the chocolatier can tell you.

## My order arrived damaged or melted. What now?

Call us at (800) 800-6855 or email support@chocolatelocal.com. We'll refund or replace.

## My order is late. Who do I call?

Call ChocolateLocal. We track every order and can give you a real answer.

## Can I make changes after I order?

Call us right away. If the chocolatier hasn't started prep, we can usually adjust.

## Can I tip my driver?

Yes. Tips are added at checkout and routed to the courier.

## Do you partner with specific shops?

Yes. We curate a network of local chocolatiers and feature their work. You order from ChocolateLocal; we coordinate everything from there.

## What about food safety, allergies, or ingredient questions?

Each chocolatier provides ingredient and allergen information through our platform. If something isn't listed, call us and we'll get you a definitive answer before you order.
